These Terms and Conditions govern your use of reliquaryforge.com and purchases or requests made through Reliquary Forge. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Products and orders
Reliquary Forge produces 3D-printed tabletop accessories and related items. Product colors, surface finish, and minor details may vary. Layer lines and small cosmetic variations are normal characteristics of 3D printing and are not necessarily defects.
Product availability, prices, and estimated production times may change. An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and Reliquary Forge confirms it. We may cancel or refund an order if an item cannot be produced, information is incorrect, or fraud or misuse is suspected.
Custom work
Custom requests are reviewed individually. Pricing, design scope, production schedule, revision limits, and approval requirements may be provided separately. Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance.
Payments and fulfillment
Payments are processed through Square. Shipping, pickup, production, cancellation, return, and refund terms presented during checkout or order communications form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The website, Reliquary Forge branding, original text, graphics, and original designs are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Some products may be produced under licenses from third-party creators; ownership of those underlying designs remains with their respective owners.
Safety and acceptable use
Unless specifically identified otherwise, products are decorative or intended for tabletop and hobby use. Keep 3D-printed items away from open flames, excessive heat, hot vehicles, and unsafe environments. Do not misuse the website or attempt to disrupt its operation.
Reliquary Forge SMS program
SMS opt-in: Text START to +1 (717) 896-1090 to agree to receive recurring operational text messages from Reliquary Forge. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Reliquary Forge sends transactional and operational text messages to recipients who expressly opt in. Messages may include order, contact-request, custom-request, fulfillment, service, or other business-operation notifications. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you may receive one confirmation message and will receive no additional messages unless you opt in again. For assistance, reply HELP or email orders@reliquaryforge.com.
SMS participation is governed by our Privacy Policy, including our commitment not to share mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Reliquary Forge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above will show when they were most recently revised. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
