Products & Ordering
Before You Order
Are Reliquary Forge products made to order?
Many are. The public product page shows the product and its currently available options. A made-to-order item may be produced after the order request is received rather than pulled from mass-produced stock.
Does submitting an order charge me immediately?
No. The current website submits an order request into Reliquary Forge for review and fulfillment. It is not an automatic online payment checkout.
How long will my order take?
Production time can vary by product, quantity, customization, and the current Forge workload. If you have a deadline, add it to the order notes so timing can be reviewed before fulfillment.
Can I choose pickup or shipping?
The order request supports pickup and shipping. Shipped requests collect the delivery address during submission. Final fulfillment details can be confirmed as the order is reviewed.

What colors are available?
Available colors appear on supported product pages. Reliquary Forge can tie those choices to current filament inventory.
Will the color look exactly like my screen?
No digital preview can perfectly reproduce a physical filament under every screen and lighting condition. The preview is intended to show the general appearance of the selected filament color.
Can I request a different option?
Yes. If the standard product choices do not cover what you need, submit the idea through the Custom Forge for review.
Do you accept fully custom projects?
Custom concepts can be submitted through the Custom Forge. Requests are reviewed for feasibility and quoted before production begins.
3D Printing & Product Care
What to Expect
Are layer lines or small surface variations normal?
Yes. Reliquary Forge products are 3D printed individually. Minor layer lines, surface variations, and small cosmetic differences are normal characteristics of the process.
Can I leave a printed item in a hot car?
Printed products should be kept away from direct heat, hot vehicles, open flames, and other high-temperature environments.
What if I have a problem with an order?
Use the Contact page and include the Reliquary Forge order number plus a description of the issue so it can be reviewed.
